Welcome to your home away from home

Dakota Estates is a non-profit, community owned corporation dedicated to providing persons aged 55 and older and persons with disabilities affordable housing and services. We have 34 lovely ground level apartments. Three public lounges available for your family visits. The building is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and patios and is only

blocks from downtown Lidgerwood. We also offer SNAP and Rental assistance to make your stay more affordable. Dakota Estates is a wonderful community to live in!

Services

Faith

Knowing how important your faith is to you, Dakota Estates has a beautiful ALL FAITHS Chapel that is air conditioned for your comfort. Devotions are held daily. Weekly services are held by Catholic and LCMS Pastors. Bi-Monthly services are held by ELCA Pastors. One of our residents lead the Rosary on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Activities

The Activities Director is on staff to plan daily activities and entertainment. A monthly activities schedule is provided to each resident and a large bulletin board calendar is always on display, so you don't miss anything!

Daily activities include Twice weekly Bingo with a chance to win Jack Pot prizes. Lots of art activities. Monthly musical entertainment, bowling, outdoor activities, just to name a few!

Beauty/Barber Shop

Connie and Shar our beauticians come in weekly to fix the ladies hair as scheduled by residents. A barber is provided also to keep our gentlemen looking fabulous.

Each Package includes rent, 3 meals a day, basic cable, activities & personal care (to include weekly nursing services, medication management & nail care), weekly housekeeping & clean linens.
